Q:  What happens after you buy my house? Will you be listing it on the MLS?
A:  No, we will not be listing your house on the MLS. After buying your home, we may repair it and resell it to another homeowner or keep it as a rental property. We are not real estate agents; we are professional home buyers.

Q:  Will I get a fair price for my property?

Q: What goes into your process for deciding what you will offer for my house?
A:  We have a very straightforward process for determining what we’ll offer for your home. The following factors help us determine our offer: location of the property, current condition, repairs needed, and values of comparable homes recently sold in the area. Based on these key pieces of information, we come up with a fair price that works for us and you.

Q:  Will I have to pay any fees or commissions if I sell my property to you?
A: There are no fees or commissions when you sell your house to us. If we make an offer and you accept, we buy your home and often pay for closing costs too. We take the risk on whether we can sell for a profit once we buy the house from you and make the repairs, if any. The responsibility is all ours, and you walk away without the burden of the property and the potential payments that come with it.

Q:  In what ways do you differ from a real estate agent?
A: Real estate agents list properties for sale and show them to prospective buyers. Currently, it takes an average of 6-12 months to sell a property. When a sale closes, the realtor takes a commission percentage of the selling price (usually 3-6%). For example, if the house sells for $100,000, the seller pays between $3,000 – $6000 in commissions to the agent. Agents provide excellent service for those who have the time to wait 6-12 months (or longer in some cases) to sell their homes and don’t mind paying commissions.
